Event: The importance of ‘place’ for Oxfordshire

Oxfordshire has created over 40,000 jobs during the past five years and now delivers around £21 billion per annum to the Exchequer.

As a result of continued growth, demand for appropriate housing and dynamic places of work is high.

Following a successful first event in January, OxLEP will be holding its second quarterly Q&A event for Oxfordshire business leaders on 25 April.

The event is being hosted in partnership with Milton Park – an MEPC asset – and will be held at their Innovation Centre.

The focus of this Q&A event is ‘Place’ with the panel debating ‘The importance of ‘Place’ for Oxfordshire’.

Panel members for the debate will include:

Jeremy Long – Chair, OxLEP
Philip Campbell – Commercial Director, MEPC Ltd
Piers Slater – Chief Executive, Reef Estates

Further panel members to be announced soon.

Event details are as follows:

8am: Registration, networking and breakfast refreshments
8.20am: Q&A event begins
9.30am: Q&A event closes

This is a FREE event, though places are limited.

All attendees should park in the Milton Park overflow car park (situated on Jubilee Avenue) – a two-minute walk to the Innovation Centre.
